If you do not want to use this feature after enabling 2-step verification, disable 2-step verification according to the method described on this page.
[Caution]
①Do not uninstall the verification application before disabling 2-step verification or delete the account with the verification application.
If you uninstall the verification application or delete the account, you will not be able to log into your account.
②If you change the 2-step authentication setting to enhance security, you can not withdraw money for 72 hours after change. (Similar measures are also applicable for password change.) Please understand and cooperate in order to prevent illegal withdrawal.
Disable 2-step verification
Log in to your CROSS exchange account, proceed to "My Account" and click "Disable" 2-step verification.
In the form displayed, enter the 6-digit verification code of the Google Authenticator application and click the "Disable" button.
Two-step verification has been disabled. You can enable it again when necessary.
