Why do we need to enable 2-step verification?
The 2-step verification protection feature makes your account more secure. If you enable 2-step verification, you will need an 2-step verification code at login and withdrawal.
If you do not want to use this feature after enabling 2-step verification, please disable 2-step verification on the CROSS Exchange site first.
[Caution]
①Do not uninstall the verification application before disabling 2-step verification or delete the account with the verification application.
If you uninstall the verification application or delete the account, you will not be able to log into your account.
②If you change the 2-step authentication setting to enhance security, you can not withdraw money for 72 hours after change. (Similar measures are also applicable for password change.) Please understand and cooperate in order to prevent illegal withdrawal.
