As a result of the investigation, it is happening that the overseas SMS distribution service which CROSS ecchange introduces the system is difficult to reach some areas.
We have already responded to those who have contacted the CROSS exchange help desk, official telegram or the like.
A corresponding customer logs in again and please confirm.
Those who do not receive the mobile authentication code yet and are not able to log in are sorry to trouble you, but please apply for mobile phone authentication cancellation request from Help on the bottom right of CROSS exchange top page.
■ Future measures
For 2-step verification, please use Google authentication system without using mobile authentication.
Google authentication system can be used by downloading from the application store.
