※ The GRAM Token will be available for trading on the CROSS exchange “Innovation Board” on 8/7!
Therefore, we have some important pointers to inform you regarding GRAM trading.
Even though we are talking about the world famous GRAM Token, according to Telegram, GRAM tokens will not be distributed until their own platform "TON" is officially released. (scheduled for October 2019)
For the convenience of customers, we distributed original GRAM tokens that can be equivalently exchanged for GRAM tokens when they are officially released. This are called "XGRAM". (They will be reflected in wallets of CROSS exchange customers.)
This XGRAM can be replaced with the GRAM token at any time after TON’s releasing.
In addition, the listing on CROSS exchange schedule for 8/7 makes it possible to buy and sell GRAM tokens before being distributed from Telegram.
GRAM’s Purchase Demand
It is expected that such users will use this after GRAM’s listing↓
① There were many GRAM buyers who wanted to buy GRAM, and they were unable to buy enough quantity due to the prorated sale allocation. (GRAM additional purchasing)
② I did not participate in the IEO so I would like to buy from the exchange at my own desired price. (GRAM new purchasers)
③ After participating in the IEO, I want to release GRAM before TON’s release (sell GRAM)
④ I want to buy and sell GRAM and take profits (GRAM trading)
About GRAM’s New Listing and Important Pointers
① Take caution of volatile price fluctuations
GRAM trading on CROSS exchange is futures trading without an underlying asset until the Telegram GRAM token is actually distributed. The price formation on the exchange is determined between "people who want to buy and sell GRAM". (the exchange only matches customer’s buying and selling)
In the case of newly listed cryptocurrencies, the initial prices in particular tend to be unusually volatile as it is predominantly unstable. If you are a GRAM trading customer, please be aware of volatile price fluctuations.
② Be careful when placing market orders
We advise avoiding placing "market orders" for cryptocurrencies that have limited orders on the trade board. A market order is an ordering method in which a user buys or sells the quantity entered at the market price. When there are thin sales/buy orders (not many orders on the trade board), the order may be executed at an unexpected price which is a big risk for customers. We recommend users to specify orders and trade using ‘limit orders.’
We strongly advise you to understand the pointers noted above before trading GRAM.
We look forward to you continued support of CROSS exchange.
